Yesterday marked my mother-in-laws 6th year since her passing. I always loved to watch her working in her flower beds. She had quite the nack of taking a simple “slip” from one plant and dipping it in “root grow,” stick it into the ground, cover it with a plastic jug with the bottom cut off and sooner or later, she’d have her new plant.
We are like plants in God’s garden. We are all different. God has us planted in different areas and He tenderly nourishes us with the water of His Word. He wants us to grow and become like Him so the fragrance of Christ will reach into the lives of the lost and draw them to Christ.
Are you growing? Is the fragrance of Christ evident in your life?
