Living in town, I don’t get to see the full effects of sun rises and sun sets. So, I appreciate the pictures of so many who share the beauty they enjoy mornings and evenings from where they live. Not only am I reminded from this of our great Creator, God, and what an artist He is as He “paints” across the sky, but I’m reminded of God’s faithfulness. Just as the sun and moon make their appearance on a dependable schedule, God is even more dependable. Faithfulness describes God. He is trustworthy and He keeps His promises.
When storm clouds hide the beauty of the sun and moon, we know they are still there even though we can’t see them. No matter what kind of storm clouds are in our life and we don’t feel like God is there or cares, He is! He cannot be unfaithful. That’s his character.
When you wake up in the morning remember God is there! When you go to bed at night remember God is there! Friends and family may fail and disappoint you, but God never fails. He is and will always be faithful.
