Have you ever had, “one of those weeks?” I mean like nothing seems to be going right, everything seems to be crashing down on you and you wonder how you are going to make it? Do I see your hand? Mine is right there with yours.
At the end of the week I sat down at the piano (which is always calming to me) and began playing some of the old hymns. I finally came across, “God Will Take Care of You”
and the words were just what I needed to see and to be reminded of whose hands I am in and that I needed to stop fretting and stop worrying. Perhaps you need them, too.
Be not dismayed whate’e’r be tide; God will take care of you. Beneath His wings of love abide;
God will take care of you.
All you may need He will provide; God will take care of you. Nothing you ask will be denied; God will take care of you.
No matter what may be the test, God will take care of you. Lean, weary one, upon His breast; God will take care of you.
Chorus: God will take care of you, Thro’ ev’ery day, o’er all the way.
He will take care of you; God will take care of you.
