I certainly don’t have all the answers to life’s questions, but there are many things I am certain of:
Many people believe a loving God would never send anyone to hell – NOT TRUE!
Many people believe they are “good enough” and will certainly go to heaven – NOT TRUE!
Many people believe there is more than one way to get to heaven – NOT TRUE!
Many people believe this life is all there is, there’s no afterlife – NOT TRUE!
Many people believe Jesus Christ is NOT the Son of God – NOT TRUE!
Many people don’t believe Jesus rose again from the dead – NOT TRUE!
Many people say, “Jesus can never save me, I’m too lost, I’m too bad.” – NOT TRUE!
Many people don’t believe Jesus is coming again – NOT TRUE!
All these answers are found in the Bible- I didn’t make them up.
My dear friends, the facts are: Jesus IS God, He made you, He loves you so much He gave his life for you, He died for your sins and rose again, He offers the gift of salvation to you if you believe in him and receive him as your Savior. There is NO OTHER WAY of salvation – no other way to heaven. No one is “good enough” to ever earn their way into heaven (“For ALL have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”). God is holy and sin cannot be in his presence. There is an afterlife – heaven or hell. God has set before us two ways – the choice is ours. Choosing Jesus means everlasting life with Him in heaven. Not choosing Him is eternal hell. Jesus IS coming again – it may be soon. Time is running out. If you’ve never made this most important decision of your life – today could be (and needs to be) the day of salvation for you. You see, sins of the Christian were judged at the cross. The sins of the unbeliever will be judged in the future – a very sad day.
“He that believes on Him is not condemned; but he that believes not is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God (Jesus).” John. 3:18
