Trials, heartaches, disappointments, whatever you want to call them; we all face them in one form or another, and more often than we’d like. I often remind myself to remove the DIS from disappointments and change them to HIS appointments. That tells me I can stop worrying about them; God’s in control, He has allowed them or planned them and I can trust Him to see me through them and accomplish in my life what he wants to.
Can you think of times this was true in your own life? I certainly can. Just remember, 3 little letters can make a difference. So let’s ditch the “DIS” and adhere to the “HIS.” Simply trust and obey God as He takes you down whatever path He has chosen for you.
